Joona Soratie joins Vuono Group

Joona Soratie joins Vuono Group as a Business Architect from SSH.

Joona is a Business Architect who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table – especially regarding operational excellence and strategy. He has previously worked at SSH Communications Security, where he managed their strategy process, coordinated strategy implementation, and led various operational development projects.

“Joona looks at digital efficiency from a business oriented operational excellence perspective. His specialty lies in the interlink of strategy and operations, which is a great benefit for our customers and therefore to the continued success of Vuono Group”, says Teemu Moisala, founder at Vuono Group.

Joona is highly skilled in Business Process Management, process improvement, mapping, and analytics. He studied Industrial Engineering and Management and specialised in Strategy and Venturing. He has also instructed structured problem-solving and Lean Six Sigma courses at Aalto University. Currently, he is pursuing an M.Soc.Sc. in Economics at the University of Helsinki.

So, what made Joona decide to join Vuono Group?

“Vuono Group operates in a highly relevant and interesting market. I have primarily worked in internal development positions in the past and I believe that here I have a good chance to experience and solve a variety of interesting business process challenges together with our customers. I’m excited to join the highly experienced Vuono Group team!” Joona says.

But, it's not all work for Joona. In his free time, Joona is a passionate backcountry skier, he enjoys running and loves to be in nature. You can most likely spot Joona in Central Park – the central forest running the length of Helsinki – or in his favourite outdoor location, Nuuksio National Park.
