Juuli Semi joins Vuono Group

Juuli Semi joins Vuono Group as a Business Engineer.

We’re delighted to introduce Juuli, the most recent addition to the Vuono Group team. Juuli joins us from Metsä Group, bringing invaluable experience in a large-scale ERP transformation project and a strong background in digital process development, particularly in procurement.

In her previous role at Metsä Group, Juuli played a key role in ERP system transformation within the procurement stream. Her responsibilities included testing coordination, preparation, execution, end-user training, and other project-related tasks. Simultaneously, she developed process mining activities and other process development projects.

“I thrive on challenges and continuous growth. The dynamic nature of consulting work suits me, and developing processes to enhance operational excellence and business process efficiency is rewarding”, Juuli says.

With a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and a thesis focusing on developing purchase-to-pay process performance through process mining, Juuli has gained invaluable experience in supply chain management and process intelligence. Looking ahead, she aims to broaden her expertise across different process areas and grow as a multi-skilled consultant.

Outside of office hours, Juuli enjoys a variety of creative and sporty activities, like ceramics, floorball, cooking, and long walks. She values time with her family and friends and has multiple parties and get-togethers booked for the coming months.
