Toni Hellstén joins Vuono Group

Toni Hellstén joins Vuono Group as a Business Architect from Digital Workforce.

Toni is a Business Architect with a strong background in business process development. He has been in the field long enough to see firsthand how technological development has helped organisations to automate business processes and to improve their digital efficiency.

Before joining Vuono Group, Toni has nearly 10 years of consultancy experience under his belt. He has helped companies to automate over a hundred processes and grow their business through the use of Business Process Automation, RPA, Intelligent Document Processing and various APIs.

“Especially BPA takes reorganising business processes to a whole new level. Finding new opportunities for process improvement with the help of technology is exciting and rewarding for me,” Toni says.

Toni found out about Vuono Group through an ex-colleague, who is now working at Vuono Group. In Toni’s eyes the way that Vuono Group combines software development and business architecture to improve digital efficiency is the winning combination. In addition, he wanted to grow his own business architecture know-how, and was thoroughly impressed by the level of expertise at Vuono Group – it was a group of people he wanted to join.

“Toni brings years of business process development experience to Vuono Group. We are delighted to have him in the team – his ability to learn about new customers and quickly master complex cases is second to none!” says Teemu Moisala, founder at Vuono Group.

In customer work, Toni always focuses a lot of attention in building strong relationships. He works towards becoming a trusted advisor for the client, since trust is the number one thing in successful business consulting. Technology-wise, Toni has extensive experience with different solutions, such as Blue Prism, UiPath and Flowable – not to forget his practical experience with lean methodology.

Three things Toni enjoys outside of work:

  1. “When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors. Especially when travelling abroad, I try to find the best scenic viewpoints. Hiking trip in Nepal was an ideal destination for this.”

  2. “Music is a dear hobby of mine, I play the piano and the drums. Currently it’s mostly classical music on the piano, since I no longer have a drum set at home.”

  3. “I like cooking, especially dishes outside of the western cuisine. Most recently I made Rendang – it was tasty!”
