Vuono Group to Provide Lean Trainings

Vuono Group and Business Excellence Finland have agreed to provide courses about Lean methodology for Vuono Group’s customers. In addition to the following one day courses, customised training will also be provided.

Lean Basics (1 day)

Pre-requirements: no previous experience is required

 Lean Basics provides an overview about the principles of Lean thinking and most common methods that should be known before starting your first Lean improvements.  

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (1 day)

Pre-requirements: Lean Basics

This training is suitable for professionals who want to learn the basics of  Six Sigma, for example Six Sigma project members, sponsors or champions. You will understand the role of data in improving processes and performance, and you will identify problem root causes and influencing factors. 

The courses are held in Finnish language by Hannu Järvelin (Master Black Belt), Tomi Järvinen (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) and Johanna Kuisma (Lean & Process Consultant).
